Willingdon Athleitc Youth Annual Fiesta.  

Taking place on Saturday 9th May & Sunday 10th May  

At 

The Oval Arena, Channel View Road, Eastbourne BN22 7LN 

Saturday 9th May Session

U13/ U11: Registration 9.00/ Kick-off : 9.30 

U10/ U12: Registration 13.00/ Kick-off : 13.30 Pitch 1-4 

Sunday 10th May Session

U15: Registration 9.00/ Kick-off : 9.30 Pitch 1-3 

U14: Registration 12.00/ Kick-off: 12.30 Pitch 1-3 

U18: Registration 15.00/ Kick-off: 15.30 Pitch 1-3  

U10-U13 and U18s will play a 6v6 format. 

U14s and U15s will play 7v7. 

We are using experienced referees, please give them the consideration that their role demands. Any abuse of Referees will not be
tolerated. 

Please note that the tournament is being held on a 3g and strict Footwear rules apply.

No drinks on the pitches at any time. Water can be placed around the pitches on the concrete areas. 

There is also a strict NO SMOKING nor VAPING policy within the Stadium. There are designated areas near to the clubhouse.  

All dogs must be on a lead and well-behaved whilst on site, to include the club house. 

Spectators must not enter the Pitches and will be asked to leave immediately if they do.  

There will be a range of Refreshment options including hot food, cake stalls and 2 bars. Please remember that this is a Youth
Tournament so drink sensibly. Anyone disturbing the event due to excess Alcohol will be asked to leave. 

We will also be running a Tombola with excellent prizes from Cash, bottles of wine, vouchers and much more. 

Private Barbecues are not allowed on site.
